The problem
Importing anything into Bangladesh means English listings, guessed shipping, and a final bill nobody quoted you. That filters out most of the people who actually want to buy.
What I built
The whole flow is Bangla-first: send a photo or a link, get a landed price that already includes shipping and duty, then track it to your door. Search and quoting run server-side with caching so the price appears fast.
Details that matter
Bangla as the default, not a toggle
Typography, numerals, copy and error states are written in Bangla first, so nothing important lives only in English.
Price honesty
Product cost, shipping and duty are broken out before payment. No 'fees at delivery' surprise, which is the reason people distrust this category.
Calm commerce styling
Warm paper background, navy ink, one green action colour. Restrained on purpose — trust reads quieter than hype.
